Grange Dance is a small, boutique dance school in the inner northern Brisbane suburb of Grange. Under the direction of Miss Louise, Grange Dance is an inclusive studio set in the heart of the community. We are committed to providing a professional, fun and nurturing learning environment for students to develop a love for the art of dance.
Classes
An introduction to dance and movement through story telling we focus on the enjoyment of movement, musicality and motor skills as well as building class etiquette.
Meet Louise
Miss Louise AISTD Dip, RAD RTS
Originally from the UK started her RAD and ISTD dance training under the guidance of Helena Walpole and Jakki Cummings. Holds a BA (Hons) in Dance Theatre from the Laban Centre. Was fortunate to attend intensives at The Place, with the Limon Dance Company, at the Cunningham Studios and P.A.R.T.S. Went on to complete the Post Graduate Certificate of Education at the Royal Academy of Dance, London.
After travelling to Sydney in 2009, Louise continued to study achieving advanced certificates in a variety of genres and further teaching qualifications under the wonderful guidance of Carol O'Connell, Gilli O'Connell, Teresa Geraghty, Penny Houston, Jasmin Burns and Bernadette Langshaw-Clark. Moved to Brisbane in 2016 and went on to establish Grange Dance.
